Iron Chef America

I am a big fan of Iron Chef. I have been watching it for years. Recently, they came up with the Iron Chef America. I watched this for months thinking to myself.."why does the chairman look familiar? Where have I seen him?" I have finally figured it out. There is a french film called The Brotherhood of the Wolf and the chairman aka Mark Dacascos, played Mani. My very favorite character! He is a badass indian who..well I wont spoil it for you. You really should see it. The question is, why is this bad ass kung fu guy playing the chairman on the Food Network? I guess they feed him well.
